Individual therapy for teens and young adults
In our therapy sessions for teens and young adults, we team up to figure out what’s working for you and how to make things better. No boring lectures, just real talk. I primarily use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy, which means we focus on your strengths and what you want to achieve, not just the problems.
We’ll have supportive conversations where you can share what’s on your mind, reflect on what’s been going on, and set goals that matter to you.
Along the way, I’ll help you build useful skills to handle tough situations, manage stress, and feel more confident. It’s all about working together to find solutions that fit your life and help you move forward.
A 50-minute session is $175. I also take insurance.
Individual therapy for returning expats
In our therapy sessions for returning expats, we’ll work together to address what you’re facing upon “coming back.” Are you experiencing unexpected culture shock? Do you feel out of place, like you just can’t find your way here? We’ll have thoughtful and supportive conversations to help you navigate the challenges of repatriation. As a former expat myself, I can empathize with this process and support you along the way as you build a life you enjoy “back home.”
